Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our store in Puerto Rico.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard delivery within Puerto Rico and the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.


Pickup Orders

If you choose local pickup, you will receive an email or message when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 7 days after receiving the pickup confirmation.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Azaleia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Azaleia is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
