Refund policy

Please read the item description before purchasing, as some items are listed as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and NO visible signs of use such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or do not meet the above criteria.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry, handbags, eyewear, swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, shoes, activewear (tops, pants, accessories, etc.), and gift cards are non-returnable. All sale items are final.

Items with rhinestones, glitter, sequins, or accessories (glued or sewn) are also final sale and cannot be returned

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, it will be considered a return. As such, you will be sent a gift card with store credit (valid for 30 days).

If you change your mind about your pre-order purchase, we offer returns in the form of store credit. If you purchase an in-stock item along with your pre-order purchase, both items will ship once the pre-order item arrives.

How to Request a Return

For returns, please email shopazaleia@gmail.com and explain the reason. Please send the item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date or 7 days after placing the order for pickup (not after pickup). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we confirm the item has been successfully returned, we will email you with the total store credit.

Is a refund possible?

We do not issue refunds; payment is only store credit. After purchasing the item, you have 10 days to submit any exchanges or returns online.

You will receive a store credit, which expires after 30 days. AZALEIA will not accept exchanges or returns after this period; In this case, no in-store credit will be issued to the customer.

In accordance with the policy presented, AZALEIA reserves the right to accept or reject an exchange or return.
